About Michael Delwiche
Master Sergeant Michael Delwiche is the Detachment Chief, 372 Training Squadron, Detachment 13, Nellis AFB, Nevada. He acts as the superintendent for 34 personnel in 13 AFSCs delivering priority maintenance training on 186 aircraft worth more than six billion dollars. Sergeant Delwiche leads one of AETC’s most diverse training detachments, providing academic and practical instruction for ten host squadrons, three wings, and eight mission design series (A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22, F-35, HH-60, MQ-1 and MQ-9). He manages a 40,000 square foot facility with 28 classrooms and aircraft training equipment valued at over 100 million dollars. Additionally, Sergeant Delwiche is an accomplished instructor with over 2300 hours of instruction in Advanced Munitions Technology courses and has earned the coveted Community College of the Air Force Instructor Level II and Master Instructor designations. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife of 8 years and his four children ages 12, 7, and 3 (twins). His hobbies include tech and website consulting for small business but he his most favorite is working on and restoring classic sports cars.
